Sundancer Stables Facilities
Sundancer Stables is a secure facility that offers our clients 24/7 access.
Subject to availability we can offer our clients the following facilities:
- 12' x 12' insulated show barn stalls - each stall has rubber underfooting, 3 in 1 feeder and an automatic waterer;
- 16' x 12' single malibu style stalls - each stall has rubber underfooting, 3 in 1 feeder, an automatic waterer and built-in lockable tack closet;
- 16' x 24' double malibu style stalls each stall has rubber underfooting, 3 in 1 feeder, an automatic waterer and built-in lockable tack closet;
- 16' x 16' mare motels with feeders and automatic waterers;
- Lockable rentable tack rooms;
- Communal area with notice boards, refrigerator, microwave and drinking water dispenser;
- Toilet and sink;
- Secure parking for client horse trailers.
We also have:
- 3 arenas - (includes a dressage arena and second arenas that both have arena lights);
- 3 round pens - each has rubber matting enclosing its fencing and gates to 40" high;
- 4 covered turnouts with feeders and automatic waterers;
- 3 uncovered turnouts;
- Wash racks offering 4 covered wash stalls with cross ties, rubber matting with lights and a separate covered farrier/veterinarian station with electrical supply.

One of our 16' x 12' single malibu style stalls. Each stall has rubber mat flooring covered by shavings.
Our 3 section feeders which are both in the front and back barn stalls. Hay, pellets and mineral blocks can be held separately and there is no feed wasted.

Our insulated steel back barn has double insulated steel doors at each end and each of the 2 wash racks have their own steel insulated double slide doors. Here the double insulated doors at this end of the barn are shown open.

Our office

Our Services
Our board prices include:
- 3 feeds a day - we offer 4 portions a day of your choice of straight alfalfa, straight bermuda or a large scoop of Sacate Bermuda Blend pellets;
- Grindings as bedding;
- 2 stall cleanings per dayl
- Automatic waterer cleaning.
Optional extras include:
- Extra feed for those with larger appetites;
- Feeding of owner supplied supplements;
- Rental of lockable individual tack rooms;
- Turnout by Sundancer staff;
- Blanketing during the winter months;
- Secure parking for horse trailers.
